Great place to stay at, we were looking for something close to everything, clean, comfortable, but most important with a nice pool, and this hotel has it everything. Highly recommended , the only thing that could be upgraded would be the wifi.
Great hotel Right in central Colima. Check in took a little too long and the front desk girl seemed confused to what our cost of the room was..Maybe a better system to check in visitors should be used. And better ability to split cost of rooms when booking more then 2 rooms. On the plus side their restaurant Sabores is absolutely FANTASTIC. Food is great service is great . Wished the pool hours were extended a little longer. 9pm is too early. I would definitely stay again.
The chair was torn and the sheets were old but the air conditioner worked good and overall a good stay.
ROOMS ARE A GREAT IN SIZE , SERVICE WAS OK, MY ROOMS PHONE DID NOT WORK, AND EVEN AFTER I TOOK IT DOWN THE THE FRONT DESK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT THEY NEVER REPLACED IT. POOL WAS A BIT DIRTY WITH LEAVES AS IT IS OPEN. ONLY BAD SCENARIO I COULD SAY I HAD NO CONTROL OF WAS THE CHURCH BELL IN THE MORNING AND THE LOCAL ROOSTER'S THAT WOULDN'T LET ME GET A RESTFUL SLEEP.
Pretty nice looking place, convenient area and there was plenty of things to see. The only thing is the WiFi, they have plenty of connection but it's unstable so for work it may not be suitable. Works for updates on social media.
The bedroom are in excellent condition, almost new. I loved the swimming pool, but I didn't have hot water in the shower even I told them it still without hot water
The bed is good, the food is so delicious and the service is excelent. The personal is so lovable and the bathroom have natural and vegan shampoo and soap. The hotel have pool, they have it clean
Great place to stay, in the heart of a small and relaxing town. The hotel has a delicious Restaurant called Sabores and the all the staff is amazing. Very highly recommended.
